Some Republican delegate misspelled "maverick." He had a big homemade sign that read "The Mavrick!" It was funny.
About those signs that grown adults make to wave at rallies: What the fuck are they thinking? How hilarious it is to imagine these fat asses sit down and color a sign. What are they in third grade?
Not that only Republicans do it. Democrats are pretty retarded to when it comes to sign making. I just find irony that the anti-gay party still finds the time to get together and decorate signs. So gay.
Edit:
Not saying it's anything more than a slip of the tongue but it just seems no matter how hard the GOP tries to distance itself from Bush it just can't. Subconsciously they can't do it.

saw that shit. so funny
dont take away from the magnificence of the event. admit it. tell me you cried. i did.
i loved how the camera men always tried to catch the teary eyed. haha
one girl that was crying was smoking hot except for the fact that she was crying for a speech by JOHN MCCAIN.
i thought his speech was over about three times before it actually was. i don't want to say that he isn't an American hero for his service in Vietnam; he is. But damn could he not lay it on more thick?
5 years...that is some resolve. I would have killed myself or came home with some complex.
yeah but it isn't an automatic qualifier for the presidency. how many people serve in the military? no matter how brave and great their service that doesn't make every single one of them fit for the presidency. the fact is John McCain's ultra aggressive rhetoric against Iran and Russia worries the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He said plainly that we are spread too thin, are fighting TWO wars and cannot afford another one. Let's win the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq before we even start thinking about Iran. Shit, we should stop buying oil completely from OPEC. we're funding our enemies. no more oil. we're not going to get that with McCain. His pockets are lined with oil money.
like i've always said I am not able to battle you on your own stage I hardly read enough.
The only part of the war speech I really heard was the part about the scars and his imprisonment changed him to care more for america. I would take it as him trying to use it as a unifying theme.
i'm proud that America produces people like him. i just don't think he's the same John McCain he was when he ran against Bush in 2000. he's changed and broke his promises to not negatively campaign. you'd think he, of all people, knows torture doesn't work. he USED to be against it. now he's for it. sounds like a "flip flopper."
Palin can't even say the slogan "COUNTRY FIRST" because the party she used to belong to (the AIP) said "Alaska first. Alaska always." She was a member of a party that wanted nationhood for Alaska. How can she be a true patriot? How dare they even question Obama's patriotism when they pick a Bush in training like her.
